DESCRIPTION:**Our Sports Climbing Level 2 Certification is certified under Singapore National Climbing Standards (SNCS)** \nCome and join us for Sports Climbing Level 2 Certified Course to be an independent climber\, to have a deeper insight to the core aspects of sport climbing. \nBenefits \n\nImprove fitness\, strength\, coordination\, upper body strength\,core muscles\nIf you love to go for an adventurous hiking or climbing trip\, this is an essential skill to complement you adventure trips\nBy joining us\, you will have more climbing kakis as you will be invited to our sport climbing community for weekly climbs\n\nPre-requisite: \n\nParticipants need to have acquired Level 1 Sport Climbing certification and basic climbing skills. If you don’t have Level 1 Sport Climbing\, you will need to arrange a climbing session with us to assess (compulsory) your climbing skills and general knowledge on sport climbing.\n\n*Our instructors have been trained according to Singapore Sport Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (SSCMF) standards\, and withhold a high regard for the safety of all participants. You’ll never imagine how much a difference it would make to your life! \nSports climbing is a multi-dimensional sport from a fitness point of view. It offers a holistic balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. And it is much more than just upper-body strength. It relies on precisely trained intricate footwork\, lower body strength\, and lean muscle mass. Although not often thought of as a common form of cardio\, ascending walls is a sure way to get your heart pumping. A one-hour climb session can burn well over 700 calories! \nOur instructors have been trained according to Singapore Sport Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (SSCMF) standards\, and withhold a high regard for the safety of all participants.
