Sports climbing is a multi-dimensional sport from a fitness point of view. It offers a holistic balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. And it is much more than just upper-body strength. It relies on precisely trained intricate footwork, lower body strength, and lean muscle mass. Although not often thought of as a common form of cardio, ascending walls is a sure way to get your heart pumping. A one-hour climb session can burn well over 700 calories!

Our instructors have been trained according to Singapore Sport Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (SSCMF) standards, and withhold a high regard for the safety of all participants.
